Here’s how submit a support request within the app.
Keep in mind this a Comfy App request on Comfy issues only; not a work order request that will contact your facilities team.
Go to the profile icon in the top right corner of the app and select Contact Support in the dropdown.
- You can usually find the answer to most questions and issues in our Help Center (this is where you are now!).
- If you don’t find what you’re looking for there, enter the details of the issue you’re experiencing in the text box provided and click send.
- Our world class support team will acknowledge your request almost immediately, and get back to you with any follow up communications via the email address you used when you registered for Comfy.
