How do I cancel or edit a reservation for a meeting room?

Open the Rooms page and you will see listed near the top of the page, the start and end time of the events for which you’ve booked the room. Select the ‘View Booking’ next to listing you want to edit or cancel.

You will see the details of that booking. To cancel or edit the booking select the ‘Edit’ button at the bottom of the listing.

  • To edit it, simply change any details or change the times. Now hit ‘Save’
  • To extend the meeting 15 minutes, select the Extend Time button. You can only extend the meeting one 15 minute increment at a time. You extend it again later if need be.
  • To cancel the meeting select the garbage can icon above the event on the schedule and select ‘Yes, remove this room booking’ in the modal.
